Russian player Ivan Soshnikov is leading the 32 players left at the end of Day 1 of the €50 unlimited re-entry Super High Roller. A total of 41 players entered and seven fired off second bullets including Team PokerStars Pro Online’s Isaac Haxton (still in) and WCOOP ME champion Fedor Holz (no 3rd bullet, so far). Soshnikov, 24, who won the €10k High Roller event here last year, was multi-tabling both the €1,100 Eureka Main Event AND the Super High Roller until he was moved in Eureka and couldn’t find his new table.

Other big stacks going in to Day 2 include Brian Roberts (857,000), Juha Helppi – who won his seat in a €5k live satellite last night (662,000), Martin Kabrhel (623,000), German #1 Tobias Reinkemeier (618,000), Mustapha Kanit (590,000), Stephen Chidwick (557,000) and EPT Barcelona SHR winner Olivier Busquet (550,000).

World champion Martin Jacobson – playing his first live event since taking down the World Series in November for $10 million – is also still in as is Team PokerStars Pro Jason Mercier who won the WPT Alpha8 Super High Roller in Saint Kitts a few days ago for $727,500.

The €50k event is the biggest-buy-in tournament ever to be held in the Czech Republic. Players have until start of play tomorrow to enter/re-enter.
