The piece is interviews our friend Americas Cardoom CEO Phil Nagy, discussing how he took ACR from the lowly 45th “largest” online poker room to become today’s 7th biggest in the world.

"I had come to a roadblock," explains Nagy. "I found myself trying to be everywhere in the company at the same time. I was in constant meetings with all of the departments, trying to stay on top of it all, and needing to sign-off across the board."
