80-year-old poker icon Doyle “Texas Dolly” Brunson tweeted that his crutches had been stolen from an Albertson’s drug store over the weekend.

He tweeted:

Hope whoever stole my crutch enjoys it. Didn't know theives hung out at Albertsons. Fortunately, I've got plenty for back up.#timesaretough

The theft occurred just days after Brunson announced he had had his credit card stolen.

He tweeted at that time:

Attention banks, lending institutions, stores, etc. Some imposter is out there using my name. He has my social# and mycredit card#.#stopit

Visa 64577432876554:-) RT@ExMember @TexDolly: "Some imposter is out there using my name. He has my credit card." What credit card number?

Brunson did say that at least five different customers at Albertson’s asked if he needed any assistance, which should have reinforced his confidence in humanity.

Brunson utilizes crutches and a wheel chair due to mobility issues brought on by old age.

He’s still good in the sack though according to confirmed reports despite the deteriorating bones.
