The Eureka Poker Tour makes a return to Rozvadov, Czech Republic in March 2016, kicking off the sixth season of Central and Eastern European’s premier live poker tour.

One of the biggest poker venues in Europe, the popular King’s Casino will once again play host to the Eureka season opener from March 2 – March 8. It marks the tour’s fourth visit to the Czech poker hotbed, building on the season 5 stop when Austrian player Raphael Wimmer beat out a 664-strong field to capture the €1,100 Main Event for an €99,685 payday. Amongst a 22-event schedule designed to accommodate all bankrolls the €1,100 Main Event is back and again boasts a €500,000 guarantee, featuring three separate start days.

Day 1A gets the action underway on March 4 at 14:00, with Day 1B following on March 5 at 13:00. Any players eliminated on either Days 1A or 1B are afforded a second chance by re-entering on Day 1C, taking place on March 5 at 22:00. Day 1C will run in a Turbo format and entry is restricted to those that bust on Day 1A or 1B.

Other festival highlights include the €100,000 guaranteed ‘Rozvadov Cup’ (buy-in €330), the €5,300 Kings Casino Super High Roller (which runs on March 2), and a wide offer of tournaments for any kind of players, starting from the €80 ‘Eureka Local Championship’ with a €25,000 guarantee to the €2,200 Eureka High Roller for players with a bigger bankroll.

Meanwhile many of the region’s best poker players are expected to make an appearance in Rozvadov, to play some High Stakes Cash Game tables running from March 2.
