EPT Madrid 2011 Final Table:  Grand Final

The EPT Madrid 2011 final table has been determined with two players from the USA represented.  One each from Hungary, Spain, Russia, Venezuela, Germany and Brazil were appearing in this year’s final. 

 

Seat 1 – Eugene Yanayt, USA, 2,420,000


Seat 2 – Tamas Lendvai, Hungary, 1,655,000


Seat 3 – Juan Maceiras, Spain, 3,150,000


Seat 4 – Andrey Danilyuk, Russia, 2,645,000


Seat 5 – Andrew Li, USA, 1,210,000


Seat 6 – Ivan Freitez, Venezuela, 5,995,000


Seat 7 – Torsten Brinkmann, Germany, 1,875,000


Seat 8 – Alex Gomes, Brazil, 1,670,000.

 

Among the eight finalists, Alex Gomes of Brazil is the most successful.  Gomes has won $2,895,512 to date. 

 

Eugene Yanayt has won a nominal amount on the live poker circuit to date. 

Tamas Lendvai has won $593,619 in lifetime tournaments to date. 

Juan Maceiras  has won $512,355 in live career tournaments.  Although Maceiras is from Spain, he studied Law at University in Spain before transferring to Lindenwood University in St Charles, Missouri to study International Business.  He’s is a member of Team PokerStars Pro and plays online under the username ‘juanmaceiras’.

Andrey Danilyuk AKA "Trojan" has won $220,534 in live career tournaments to date.

Andrew Li has won over $80,000 in live tournaments to date.

Ivan Freitez has won $216,474 in lifetime tournaments thus far.

Torsten Brinkmann is a relative unknown who has won a nominal amount in live poker tournaments to date.

Each of these players will pad their respective career wins this week.
