For someone who regularly Tweets throughout the day, poker pro David Williams has been unusually quiet since winning the 2010 World Poker Tour Championship then systematically being kicked out of the Team Bodog camp, which now consists of only one real pro, Evelyn Ng.  Williams was replaced by an unknown female player.  Williams was seen wearing his Bodog shirt throughout the tournament.  He was also sporting a new afro.

Williams last tweet was April 27.  He had cut down on this tweeting a bit prior to the championship win.

It remains a mystery as to why Bodog cut Williams and who might have orchestrated the move.  Some say the playboy poker pro was asking for too much money.  He is indeed a big enough brand name to emerge at either Full Tilt Poker or PokerStars.  Full Tilt recently signed on the first ever World Series of Poker Europe winner (and the youngest WSOP main event winner at the time) Annette Obrestad.
