Curacao, Netherlands Antilles - May 20, 2010 - In a deal that creates a robust, new alliance in online gaming, European based online casino software and white label platform provider CTXM has partnered with poker service, Cake Network to jointly market their services to consumer facing gaming sites worldwide.

Regarding the partnership Udy Yosha, CEO of CTXM notes, "Since Cake and CTXM operate non-competitive businesses within the online gaming space and have a similar model, joining forces seemed like the perfect evolution of the relationship. Our partnership with Cake perfectly fits with our strategy of providing one-stop-shop solutions to our partners."

CTXM provides end-to-end solutions for online casino including a broad range of table games, card games, video slots, video pokers, a range of soft games, mini-games as well as all full back-office, including a variety of marketing, administrative, user management and cashier management tools in their XCasino brand. For consumer facing site partners Cake Network and CTXM share, such as PowerPoker.com, the newly launched AdamEvePoker.com and the soon to be launched partner Comeon.com, the CTXM casino suite was closely integrated with the Cake Network platform via the CTXM XBase integration platform.

Cake's director of marketing Andrew Turner adds, "Cake is extremely pleased to partner with CTXM, due to their long history in online gaming, their top shelf partners, and their high levels of innovation - recognized this year with numerous E Gaming Review awards nominations. We are also excited to be launching two new partners to the Cake Network in Comeon.com and AdamEvePoker.com both of which bring strong brands and unique marketing approaches. We look forward to a long and successful partnership."
