ACR’s Online Super Series Returns on April 15th

Huge things are happening here at Americas Cardroom. We announced in February that we are part of the No. 12 poker network in the entire world, passing Full Tilt Poker. Then in early March came the news that we’re up to No. 10!

How do we do it? There is no easy formula, relying on a huge dose of hard work from our staff and the most dedicated player base in the industry. Oh, and running big promotions on a constant basis also doesn’t hurt!

So far in 2016, we’ve had the $840,000 High Five Tournament Series and the $150,000 Freebuy Super Series III. There was also an upgrade to our already generous First Deposit Welcome Package, adding $50 free tournament bucks.

Next on the docket is our flagship tournament series, the Online Super Series VI. It runs 10 days from April 15^th-24^th and has 76 individual events that will guarantee $2,500,000. Buy-ins start at just $.06, with several under $10, and has great variety for every poker player with game types including Texas Holdem, Pot-Limit Omaha and PLO8. Structures include regular, turbo and hyper turbo.

The highlight of the OSS VI is undoubtedly the $1,000,000 GTD Million Dollar Sunday on April 24^th (4pm ET). We’re sure you’ve heard of these before as we offered a huge seven of them in 2015. The first place prize is $200,000 and there’s a free bankwire for all final table participants. 

Players can get buy into the Million Dollar Sunday for $540 or qualify for much less via our Satellites and Mega Satellites. The Mega Satellites by themselves will award hundreds of seats in the days leading up to the tourney. Having another OSS is the perfect time to reflect back on just how fast we’ve grown over the last few years. The OSS debuted towards the end of 2011 and had $150,000 in total guarantees with $50,000 for the Main Event. Compare that with $2,500,000 in total guarantees and the $1,000,000 Main Event and you can see how phenomenal our growth has been.
