The Las Vegas sportsbooks are celebrating this week following what they are calling their “best College Football weekend ever” in terms of overall betting and results.

“For the first three weeks, the books have won but haven’t had that really big day of holding 15 to 20% of the overall handle,” reports Micah Roberts of VegasInsider.com.

Public favorites like top-ranked Alabama, Boise State and Oregon all failed to cover.

NFL results were mixed for the online sportsbooks, who had heavy action on both Cincinnati and Indianapolis, both of which covered.  Cleveland’s cover and the Chicago Bears outright win Monday night helped recover any losses sustained by the two previous big public plays.

Gambling911.com’s Carrie Stroup had a bit of a setback going 1-2 during Week 3 after coming into Sunday with a 5-1 record.  Her record now stands at 6-3, impressive being that all of her plays to date have been underdogs.

Sportsbook.com is currently offering a FREE $250 BONUS when you join today.  Restrictions do apply.  See site for details here.
