Carrie Stroup here with two Week 4 College Football predictions and they are Notre Dame at +4 ½ and Arkansas at +7. Both play ranked teams: The Fighting Irish meet Stanford, The Razorbacks go up against Alabama.
These are the two games getting the most betting action for Week 4 and it’s all lopsided in favor of Alabama and Stanford. As always, we are basing our picks on the house having to come out on top over the long haul.
Typically I would like to find three teams as the top two have a tendency to break even or go 1-1, which doesn’t necessarily serve the bettor very well.
If I had a third pick it would be Arizona State +11 ½. However, I do not feel there is enough significant volume on this game to make it as part of my formula (Oregon is getting lopsided action but not the type of overall volume at this time compared to Stanford and Alabama).
Thus far I am 5-1 with my NFL picks, all of which were underdogs.
