Many of our readers have been asking Gambling911.com to publish the amended complaint filed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky, which specifically names PartyGaming, along with Poker Kings, the software provider for Full Tilt Poker.

Payton O’Brien, Senior Editor of the Gambling911.com website has worked tirelessly at obtaining the said document.

Readers can now view the complaint in its entirety here

PartyGaming has been hoping to enter the U.S. market should federal legislation pass that allows for online poker to be licensed in the States.  Party has been working with federal law enforcement to ensure it is in compliance and will pay fines associated with the period in which it conducted business in the U.S. prior to October 2006.

Two weeks ago, Party’s shares surged on news that it intends to merge with Austria’s bwin.
