Colorado Congresswomen Lauren Boebert's Election Odds Impacted By Allegations She Slept With 3 Staff Members: 2 of Whom Were Women

DENVER (Gambling911.com) - After Saturda's news of a complaint filed against Lauren Boebert, alleging the Colorado House representative slept with three staff members, there's been a shift in the odds at BetOnline. 

The 39-year-old grandmother is alleged to have had sexual relationships with three employees she supervised per a sworn complaint submitted to the House Committee on Ethics by David Wheeler of the political group American Muckrakers.

The people identified in reporting about the complaint are former district director Clarice Navarro Ratzlaff, former chief of staff Jeffrey Small, and current district chief of staff Raven Finegan.

House rules prohibit members from engaging in sexual relationships with employees they supervise.

The most serious additional allegation concerns Ratzlaff. The complaint alleges that Boebert arranged for her to receive approximately $200,000 in March 2025 after Ratzlaff supposedly threatened to file an ethics complaint.

Much of the underlying information cited in the complaint reportedly comes from unnamed sources and Boebert has strongly denied the allegations. 

“I have never, ever been in any inappropriate relationship, nor have I ever been sexually involved with any staff.”

Boebert also denied being either lesbian or bisexual.  Ratzlaff and Finegan are both women. 

Boebert currently represents Colorado's 4th Congressional District as a Republican, a sprawling district covering much of eastern Colorado, along with Douglas County and communities south and east of the Denver metro area.  She previously represented Colorado's 3rd Congressional District (CO-03).

Boebert is still favored to win her race against Democrat Eileen Laumacher at a decent price of -400, but her chances have been cut in half during the past 24 hours at BetOnline.ag, from a near "lock" of -800.  Laumacher currently pays out $250 for every $100 bet. 

It should also be noted that the story has grabbed the national headlines more so than it has in her own district.  The local media outlets in Denver were hardly covering it on Sunday.
