Shedeur Sanders to Start for Cleveland Browns Says Oddsmaker

There wasn't much that went well for the Browns in Week 1.

Deshaun Watson registered a 34.2 QB rating behind 205 passing yards, a touchdown and an interception. He was sacked five times and fumbled once.

The calls for Shedeur Sanders were present prior to Week 1. They're growing louder and the oddsmakers have taken notice as well.

Going into Week 1, BetOnline Sports & Casino set the over/under at Week 11 for Sanders' first start of the season. His projected start week looks much different today.

When will Shedeur Sanders make his first start of the 2026 Regular Season?

Before Week 4 (-120)

After Week 4 (-120)

A Week 4 matchup would be at home versus the Steelers' vaunted defense. Perhaps Cleveland's brass decides to make the move sooner and trot him out Week 3 at home against the Panthers, which just gave up 59 points to the Bears.

Starting QB odds are subject to change.
