There wasn't much that went well for the Browns in Week 1.
Deshaun Watson registered a 34.2 QB rating behind 205 passing yards, a touchdown and an interception. He was sacked five times and fumbled once.
The calls for Shedeur Sanders were present prior to Week 1. They're growing louder and the oddsmakers have taken notice as well.
