First, Anytime Goal Scorer Prop Bet Payouts Czech Republic vs. South Africa: Patrik Schick, Tomas Chory, Adam Hlozek

Czech Republic vs. South Africa begins the next round of matches at this year's World Cup.  Both teams lost their first matches and only Czechia had a goal scored.

Patrik Schick was that lone goal scorer in the Czech Republic's 2-1 loss to South Korea.  Schick took zero shot and made two clearances.

Schick will pay US$390 for every US$100 bet to score the first goal of Thursday's match and US$135 for every US$100 bet to score a goal in this game.

From Rotowire:

"To no one's surprise, Schick started Thursday's opening World Cup match up top for Czechia. It was a disappointing performance for him as he did nothing on the attack, failing to record a shot or create a chance and finishing the match with just three total passes. He was replaced in the 64th minute for Tomas Chory who was also unable to get anything going. It seems Czechia is primarily relying on set pieces to score, something that doesn't really play into Schick's skill set. Still, Schick is clearly the country's best and most productive striker and can be deadly in front of goal if his teammates can provide him chances in the box."

Mexico would go on to beat South Africa 2-0 in their meeting.

So what's at stake in this one?

A loss here would leave the losing side on 0 points with just one group match remaining, putting them on the brink of elimination. A win keeps realistic hopes of reaching the Round of 32 alive.

Mexico and South Korea each have three points coming into their later game of the day.

Mexico and South Korea drawing would be great news for the Czechia/South Africa winner, because neither top team pulls away to 6 points.
