The highly-scrutinized Enhanced Games go down this holiday weekend in Vegas.
The Olympic-style events allow athletes to take performance enhancing drugs for competition, all in hopes of “breaking” world records with the extra juice.
A total of 42 athletes will compete in swimming, track & field, weightlifting and strongman this Sunday, May 24.
Former Olympians such as Britain’s Ben Proud (swimming silver medal in Paris) and the USA's Fred Kerley (2022 world champion track) are competing in the Enhanced Games.
While the athletes are rewarded handsomely for broken records, the oddsmakers at BetOnline don't expect to see many records falling this weekend.
Hafthor Bjornsson, who was “Thor” in Game of Thrones, is the only athlete below favored to break a record (which would be his own in deadlifting).
