One of the intriguing early stories of this MLB season is how many quality rookies there are in each league.

Some years, it’s truly a struggle to find a quality Rookie of the Year candidate. That won’t be the case this year.

While it’s not fair to put young players in the Hall of Fame conversation already, this class could be reminiscent of 1977 (Eddie Murray/Andre Dawson both in the HOF) and 2012 (Mike Trout/Bryce Harper will be in HOF).

Favorites at BetOnline.ag in the American League thus far have been Trey Yesavage, Munetaka Murakami and Kevin McGonigle. The new favorite is Chase DeLauter.

Favorites at BetOnline.ag in the National League thus far have been Nolan McLean, JJ Wetherholt and Konnor Griffin. The new favorite is Sal Stewart.
