In a weekend text message to Norway's prime minister, President Donald Trump suggested that his push to acquire Greenland is partly motivated by his disappointment over not winning the Nobel Peace Prize.

Would he back off of the Greenland takeover if he won this year's Nobel?

Well, early odds are out at BetOnline.ag and the POTUS is the favorite at the top of the board. Newsweek reported the odds January 1.

Of course, Nobel Peace laureate Maria Corina Machado issued Trump an honorary award last week, but the Nobel Committee said it could not be transferred so he'll have to aim for the real deal this year.
