Kentucky Wants Discovery From Full Tilt Poker

The Commonwealth of Kentucky on Monday filed a Motion for Leave to Take Discovery Concerning the Identities of the Unknown Defendants in a long standing complaint whereby Governor Stephen Beshear has attempted to seize 141 online gambling-related domain names.

Once again, the complaint specifically names Pocket Kings Limited, parent company of the world's second largest online poker room Full Tilt Poker.

"Pursuant to KRS 372.040, the Commonwealth seeks to recover treble the value of the money that Kentucky residents lost in those void transactions during the period March 25, 2005 through September 25, 2005," the complain reads. 

"They don't want to depose anyone from Full Tilt," someone familiar with the case tells Gambling911.com. 

Pocket Kings was in the process of being served with the summons.
