Connecticut Fairfield Payout Odds to Win the Little League World Series 2025
Connecticut's Fairfield National topped Texas 1-0 in the Little League World Series opener. They entered the 2025 Little League World Series promising a payout of $300 for every $100 bet should they go on to win. They now promise a $425 payout for every $100 bet as Connecticut is set to take on Nevada in the US Championship game on Saturday August 23.
How They Got Here
In the opener, Connecticut pitcher Luca Pellegrini outdueled Texas pitcher Shane Grawe, throwing a complete game one-hitter with one walk and 11 strikeouts. Neither pitcher allowed a hit through the first four innings.
"He is an absolute gamer," Connecticut coach Brian Palazzolo said in the postgame press conference. "He is ready for the ball every time he is called... We have five or six different pitchers, but when he is on the mound our defense is settled."
Connecticut followed up with an impressive win over Hawaii, 5-1, on Friday night. Hawaii entered this year's LLWS as the odds-on favorite in the US bracket.
Faurfield will next play against Sioux Falls, South Dakota, the Midwest team, on Monday in a winner’s bracket game at 7 p.m. on ESPN.
