What Is Going on With the Dildos at the WNBA Games? This Sexist Trend Is Getting Out of Control

1. WNBA Dildo Betting (47475 Impressions This Week)

In our 26 year existence, we could never have conceived of a betting market that employed the WNBA and dildos. There was actually a time (very recently in fact) when few books even offered much in the way of WNBA wagering.

Gamblers went all-in on betting the color of the next dildo thrown onto the court of a WNBA game after the Dream-Valkyries July 29 game was interrupted by an NSFW moment in the fourth quarter, when what appeared to be a lime green colored dildo was thrown on the court.

"Nobody's picked the object up yet", said one game announcer during the disruption.

Days later, another green dildo was thrown onto the court of a game between the Valkyries and Chicago Sky.

Then came word of an arrest. That didn't stop a third sex toy from being thrown during the L.A. Sparks game Tuesday night.

Another arrest followed in recent days with an 18-year-old Phoenix man saying he was “very sorry” for the “stupid prank that was trending on social media.”

With reports that the WNBA sex toy incidents were started by Crypto meme coin group, we could see a resurgence in interest as traffic dropped significantly Thursday related to this story at Gambling911.com.

The group says the acts are a protest against the "toxic" environment in the crypto world and not meant to disrespect women athletes, though neither arrests related to these incidents appear to draw a line to this particular group, at least not yet.

BetOnline continues to offer betting on all things WNBA dildos.

2. Hungarian Grand Prix (28914 Impressions This Week)

Gambling911.com is finding a nice niche in the world of motorsports of late and the Hungarian Grand Prix drove this point home nicely last weekend (pun intended).   We were still seeing some strong traffic numbers with this event having taken place at the beginning of the 7 days recap.

Lando Norris held off McLaren teammate Oscar Piastri in a tense finish to win the Hungarian Grand Prix on Sunday and boost his title chances.

Overtaking in Hungary is tough, but Norris had to work hard to keep the win as Piastri loomed behind him in the final laps.

Norris celebrated with a double fist pump on top of his car after claiming McLaren’s 200th F1 win by less than a second to cut Piastri’s standings lead to nine points from 16.

“I’m dead. It was tough, it was tough,” Norris said. “The final stint, with Oscar catching, I was pushing flat out.”

3. ACR Poker Slot Tournament (7487 Impressions This Week)

ACR Poker, over the weekend, hosted a $15,000 Slots Tournament from August 1st to 3rd—and this one comes with a serious twist.

Instead of the usual cash-only prizes, we’re awarding three Venom entries (each worth $2,650) along with $8,000 in cash for the top 18 players!

4. Big Ten Passing, Receiving, Rushing Yard Leaders Betting Odds for 2025 (5863 Impressions This Week)

Up one spot from Friday's breakdown.

College football is just around the corner and oddsmakers this year are not holding back when it comes to offering a wide array of prop bets and futures, some of which have never been offered previously.

The oddsmakers at BetOnline.ag have opened odds for Power Four Conference leaders in passing yards, receiving yards, and rushing yards. The Big Ten have Jayden Maiava, Jeremiah Smith and Kamari Moulton/Makhi Hughes as the respective leaders.

5. Post Trade Favorites Odds for MLB Rookie of the Year Awards 2025 (4313 Impressions)

The NL MVP hasn’t changed since Day 1 of the season, and Nick Kurtz could go on the IL for the rest of the year and still take home Rookie of the Year honors.

SportsBetting.ag has made some recent changes to its NL ROY odds, as well as the two Manager of the Year categories.

After Jacob Misiorowski looked to be running away with NL ROY, he’s now fallen to fourth on the board. Drake Baldwin is up to -200, but Agustin Ramirez and Isaac Collins are now both listed at better than 6/1.

For the MOY award, John Schneider and Pat Murphy are currently the favorites. It’s worth noting that Schneider was one of the favorites to be the first manager fired during the preseason.

A.J. Hinch was among the favorites as well (9/1 odds to be fired first), and now he’s second on the AL MOY odds list.

6. Will the Brewers vs. Braves Game Be Postponed August 4? What Happens to My Bet? (4203 Impressions)

Weather threatened a number of games last week, including the Brewers vs. Braves game August 4. This one did not get postponed but gamblers assumed the worst for a bit.

7. J.D. Vance Odds (3798 Impressions)

Regarding that 2028 Presidential Election, J.D. Vance’s odds continue to improve, and he’s now the odds-on favorite to be the Republican nominee.

8. (NEW) SEC Passing, Receiving, Rushing Yards Leader Odds for 2025 (3029 Impressions)

SEC numbers had Garrett Nussmeier, Ryan Williams and Caden Durham as the respective leaders for this newly introduced betting market, courtesy of BetOnline.

9. Boomer's Sportsbook Goes Live (2872 impressions)

A rise in ranking but a slight dropoff in traffic.

Nevada’s Gaming Commission unanimously approved Boomer’s application to launch retail locations in Elko, Las Vegas and Henderson as well as a mobile sports betting app, in time for the new NFL season which gets underway on September 4.

The independent bookmaker is run by longtime industry veteran Joe Asher and would become the state's only independent bookmaker once live.

Asher founded Brandywine Bookmaking in 2008 before selling it to British bookmaker William Hill in 2012 for a reported $14.25 million.

10. (NEW) South Park Season 27 Betting Now Available at Kalshi (2426 Impressions)

We should see this one climb the ranks these next few days as the new South Park betting market has consistently drew in decent traffic numbers at Gambling911.

Much of the tie-ins are to politics, with right wing podcaster Charlier Kirk taking center stage.

One such bet includes:

What will Eric Cartman as Charlie Kirk say during the South Park Season 27, Episode 2 on August 6th?

Some $50,000 had been bet on this market as of August 6 with "free speech" favored at 57% and "Lib" at 46%.
