'A Pure Gold Mine": Next NFL Team Head Coach Betting Markets

"BetOnline is like a machine churning out odds and betting market announcements," Gambling911.com Senior Sports Reporter, Don Shapiro, noted.  "In the case of the Next NFL Team Head Coach, each candidate seems to take on a life of their own."

Shapiro observed huge surges in Ben Johnson odds to become the next Jacksonville Jaguars head coach on Tuesday.

"The overall searches for Ben Johnson becoming head coach of the Jaguars were about half that of Mike Vrabel becoming the next New England Patriots head coach but Johnson inquiries were resulting in more calls to action (i.e. bets)."

The BetOnlne press folks equated the NFL coaching carousel to a long running soap opera.

“'As the NFL Coaching World Turns' could be a soap opera that I think we all would watch," Scott from BetOnline tells Gambling911.com. "As the World Turns lasted 54 years on CBS while the NFL is in Year 59."
