Vikings Sam Darnold's total passing yards number came in at 290.5 vs. the Detroit Lions at BetUS. His team comes into this game as a +2.5 dog.
Darnold completed 33-of-43 passes for 377 yards with three touchdowns and one interception in the Vikings’ 27-25, Week 17 win over the Packers.
Prior to that he completed 22-of-35 attempts for 236 yards and three touchdowns in the Vikings’ Week 16 win against the Seahawks, adding five rushes for 11 yards.
"I'm so happy for Sam," Vikings player Aaron Jones, Sr., said. "Outside of these walls, nobody really believed in him, nobody really gave him a chance, but he's proven everybody wrong, and I'm just so happy for him."

Lions LB Alex Anzalone returned to practice this week, making his way back from a broken forearm that has kept him out since Nov. 17. ... Punt returner and WR Kalif Raymond may play for the first time since he had a foot injury on Nov. 24.
