North Carolina was coming in as a -4.5 favorite in their Sweet 16 game against the Alabama Crimson Tide.

Alabama took care of giant killer Grand Canyon to put an end to that team's Cinderella run.

Mark Sears had 26 points and 12 rebounds, Mouhamed Dioubate scored all nine of his points in the final 5 1/2 minutes,

“I was just playing hard and I got lost in the game, honestly. I wasn’t thinking about scoring. I just let the game come to me,” Dioubate said. “Coach put me in with a few minutes left in the game because Jarin (Stevenson) fouled out and I just tried to play as hard as I can and let my defense contribute to offense, and that’s what I did.”

RJ Davis scored 20 points to help UNC beat the Spartans 85-69 on Saturday, pushing the Tar Heels to the Sweet 16 while keeping them unbeaten in March Madness against Izzo's teams in a series going back 26 years.

Harrison Ingram made five 3-pointers and scored 17 points for the West Region’s top seed, which continued its NCAA success in its home state. The Tar Heels (29-7) improved to 5-0 in the tournament against Izzo, including victories in the 2005 Final Four and 2009 title game.

Will the Braves vs. White Sox Game Be Postponed, Suspended June 10? What Happens to My Bet?

Strong storms are anticipated in the Chicago area late Wednesday afternoon and this evening. Because winds, hail and tornadoes are likely, we could see this game postponed early. At the very least, we would anticipate a delay or a game interruption.
