Former US President Donald Trump still holds a lead in polling ahead of Tuesday's New Hampshire primary.  It's a less dominant margin than Iowa however.  The most recent Suffolk University/NBC10 Boston/Boston Globe tracking poll has Trump at 50% and former UN Ambassador Nikki Haley trailing at 36%.  His number remains steady while she jumped up two points. The former president's polling percentage is the same as his winning percentage in Iowa.

As for the odds, Trump comes in at a strong -1500 while Haley has great value promising a payout of $600 for every $100 bet.  Most pundits agree there is little pathway towards winning the Republican nomination for Haley without a victory in New Hampshire.

Trump hasn't campaigned much and he's taken part in zero of the debates.  His appearances have mostly been in the form of rallies, including one in which he discussed "RINO" Paul Ryan's one-time position on healthcare, which was closely tied to an infamous commercial that featured a man throwing granny off a cliff in her wheelchair.  Trump then segued to discussing her mother-in-law passing away.  Melania Trump's mother's funeral was being held on Thursday.  Amalija Knavs was 78 at the time of her death.

The New Hampshire speech lasted over an hour and went into such things as a new term coined for Iowa corn, "non-liquid gold", government wanting to "de-bank" Americans and, yes, "speaking of grannies", which really did go from throwing her off the cliff to Malania's mother's passage.

Trump, however, was upstaged this week by GOP commentator Dick Morris, appearing via live feed on Newsmax from what appeared to be his bedroom, discussing the Iowa caucus results when an underwear clad man walked into the room without a care in the world.

Morris would claim later it was his wife's caregiver.
