Throw the concept of Alabama undeserving to be in this year's College Football Playoffs out the window.  Gamblers think otherwise apparently.

Alabama is seeing better than 85 percent of the early action with the line coming down from Wolverines -2.5 to a near Pick'em.

What we haven't seen as of yet is the Crimson Tide moving to favorite status.

Our own number has Michigan -4.90, indicating a significant underlay.  We've seen underlays in the 3/2.5/2 range going heavily towards the favorite.

The Rose Bowl will feature a great matchup when Alabama takes on Michigan in Pasadena. Michigan is undefeated at 13-0. Alabama comes into the game at 12-1. The winner will advance to the National Championship game.

BetUS host Gary Segars, and expert handicappers Kyle Hunter and Parker Fleming preview the College Football Rose Bowl game between Michigan and Alabama. They'll go over the best value College Football odds available and betting trends and share their College Football expert predictions.

"Since losing to Ohio State in the 2014 season playoff, Bama is 16-0 in CFP semis", Segars notes. "Michigan have lost 6 straight bowls under Jim Harbaugh.  That includes two straight semi-finals to Georgia and TCU."

Segars says he would have Michigan -10 when considering this season's play by the Wolverines.

“It’s not about one person, it’s not about any coaches, it’s about the players,” Harbaugh said. “I love the way you’re talking about the players, that’s who everybody comes to see. Those are the people who put in the work.”
