Gambling911.com's intrepid reporter and handicapper extraordinaire, Thomas Somach, had a "lock" for this year's MLB All Star Game.  It was on the UNDER 7.5 and that's exactly where this one landed with a 3-2 National League victory.  Here's the pick from Somach. Please note that BetUS will be down for scheduled maintenance Wednesday July 12 2 am ET to 10 am ET.

"Every All Star game goes UNDER the total when it is played on the West Coast," Somach tells us.

The reason: "It starts at 5 pm local time and the batters have to look into the sunset for most of the game and it is hard to see the ball."

While Seattle is not always the sunniest city, it will be this week and during the All Star Game.

"I (have) pointed out that every All-Star game that’s been played on the West Coast at night has gone UNDER the total with one exception and that exception was Seattle," he says.

"But that doesn’t count because they played the game inside in a dome."

After we published this little nugget, the 2022 All Star Game in LA went UNDER the total with a final score of 3-2.

"This year’s game is in Seattle but it won’t be inside there’s a new stadium it’ll be outside so expect the total to go under again the All-Star game is July 11."

The total opened at 7.5.

Now for the special treat.

"In February of 1963, a Morning Call reporter came to Muhlenberg Elementary School in Allentown, Pennsylvania looking for kindergarten students to interview about George Washington, whose birthday was coming up in a few days.

"Naturally, I volunteered... it was my first media appearance, at the ripe old age of 5."

Who knew this child prodigy would become a master sports handicapper.

Cute kid.
