A Czech poker champ is being accused of cheating.  Martin Kabrhel has been accused of marking cards and engaging in other antics at the table.

Mike "The Mouth" Matusow tweeted out:

"I just want to hear Martins excuse when he lifted his fingers how both cards stuck to them? I’ve tried everything to make my fingers stick to the cards when I lift them up but have been totally unable to do it!"

Kabrhel is now threatening legal action against his accusers.

"I obviously didn't do anything wrong, I didn't break any rules," he tells Polk.

He called his accusers "bullies" and says that prior accusations of card markings are untrue.

Kabrhel admits he gets complaints.

"Maybe I was screaming too much.  I never get anything 'Martin is breaking the rules'."

The World Series of Poker says it is investigating these allegations.

It all came to a head last weekend during the $250,000 buy-in Super High Roller No-Limit Hold'em when Dan Smith got into a heated exchange with Kabrhel and told him he should be banned.

Kabrhel insists nobody expressed concern over his pressing of cards or standing at the table during the tournament.

Polk noted that at the time Kabrhel stood up, he also got too close to some of the other players chips.

"It seemed like you were looking at cards and different angles," Polk said. "Why are you standing up and doing that to players? "

"First of all, I was never looking at the opponents cards," Kabrhel responded.  "Why would I?  I was always checking the stack and maybe the reaction, tells of the person.  I understand I am doing it in a weird way.  I want to know the chips almost exactly so that I can feel happy and in the zone.  I'm very competitive.  This is what I am doing here."
