The Tigers came into this game with just one loss and a College Football Playoffs Championship on its mind.

One thing we paid close mind to in the Week 1 clash (if you could call it that) between Clemson and Georgia Tech was the closing line and how the number had moved from -19.5 at some books all the way up to -24 at Bovada. Action was plentiful (85% or greater) on the Tigers, even at that closing number. BetOnline had reported 72% on Clemson at -24 at the time of closing.

The team still needs some work but they have two more weeks to fine tune things ahead of a game in Wake Forest. Games against Furman next week and Louisiana Tech in Week 3 will have Clemson once again favored in the deep double digits.
