Shane Wright is the odds-on favorite to be selected the overall number one pick priced at -340.
Juraj Slafkovsky pays close to $20 on a $10 bet.
Logan Cooley pays $120 on a $10 bet.
There's no guarantee, which is what makes Slafkovsky a good value pick.
Slafkovsky was a star at the 2022 Olympics.
"I'm still the player I am," said Wright, who helped Canada win gold at the under-18 worlds last spring where he contributed 14 point. "Just because I had a year off playing games doesn't mean I'm not skating, doesn't mean I'm getting worse."
