Kyle Philips TItans Futures Bets for the 2022 Regular Season

BetOnline will be releasing betting futures for Kyle Philips in the coming weeks.

The former UCLA wide receiver was chosen 5th in this year's NFL Draft by the Titans and has made quite the impression in training camp thus far.

From Bleacher Report’s Ian Wharton:

Philips isn’t especially fast and is on the smaller side at 5’11”, 189 pounds. He has good quickness and fluidity to his motions, though, much like Hunter Renfrow of the Raiders. Trying to guard him one-on-one in space proved difficult for UCLA’s opponents.

For the 2021 season, Philips was named first-team All-Pac-12 as a receiver and garnered second-team honors as a return specialist. Philips led the Pac-12 with 10 receiving touchdowns while averaging 22.6 yards per punt return.  The later topped the conference among players with more than one return.  He amassed 739 receiving yards in 11 games as a senior.

The Philips selection is an effort to boost the Titans receiving corps.

Mike Moraitis of TitansWire says that Philips checks all the boxes, but his only concern is "his inability to do much else in the offense other than lining up out of the slot."

The Titans early odds to win the 2023 Super Bowl were coming in at 30-1.
