Rays-Cubs Game April 20 Likely to be Postponed Due to Weather

We are here in Chicago and the weather does not look good for the Wednesday night game between Tampa Bay and the Cubs.

Scheduled to go off at 6:40 pm local time, showers were forecast the first hour followed by more steady rain throughout the evening.

Should this game actually get off and conclude, pay close attention to the total.  The number has sat at 9.  Winds will be pretty steady around 20 mph.  Yes, it's a blustery one here in the Windy City.

Chicago (6-5) comes into this game at -105 with Marcus Stroman slated to start versus a 6-6 Rays team that will likely place Drew Rasmussen on the mound.

The Rays are 1-6 in their last 7 road games vs. a right-handed starter while the Cubs are even worse against right-handed pitchers in interleague home games where they have gone 1-10 in the last eleven. Overall, Chicago is 0-5 in their last 5 games vs. a right-handed starter.

The Rays are 7-3 in the last 10 meetings.

We really don't see this game getting off though.
