One of the largest and most popular online sports betting and casino sites, Bovada.lv, had gone down ahead of some Major League Baseball games Friday night.  Gambling911.com is looking into this matter but in all likelihood it is just a momentary glitch. The site is among the most established and beloved on the Internet.  We have known the folks who run it since 2003.  Bettors should not be concerned. Bovada has advised that some players are experiencing issues with the site and are investigating this matter.  Please be patient.   If you MUST bet, go here

The Last Big Outage December 2021 - A Look Back

Just after 6 pm ET, Bovada's website appeared to be back up and running.  Great news for customers looking to place bets on Saturday night's game.

The problems appeared to be going from bad to worse by Saturday morning as customers were hopeful to get down on the day's College Basketball slate, which was mostly lost out on.

Saturday morning players were greeted with the following 504 error:

Some customers were reportedly told by agents that the site could be down until Monday if not longer.

Bovada reps insisted the site issues were in the process of being resolved.

The speculation is that Bovada was been hacked, but the company insisted this was nothing more than an internal malfunction.
