What The Line Should Really Be On The Bucs-Eagles Game October 17

With the Eagles and Bucs both winning Sunday, we expect their overall power ratings to improve slightly.

What Should the Line on the Buccaneers-Eagles Game Be?

Expect the Eagles to be a +4 home dog in this one.  Tampa Bay had a rating of 23.62 ahead of Week 5 while the Eagles were cellar dwellers with a rating of 17.00. 

Philadelphia beating a Carolina team on the road that had won their first three gives the Eagles a little more street cred.

The odds are good that Tampa Bay wins outright and the oddsmakers really need to still make some adjustments here as a failed cover would lead to a Straight Up record of 5-1 and a record Against The Spread of 2-4.  If we see Tampa as a -3 to -3.5 road favorite, that small underlay could be a good indicator of a Tampa Bay cover coming our way.
