Notre Dame is a +1.5 underdog and seeing around 78% of the action. That number had climbed to +2.5 and back down again. Notre Dame has a rating of 86.96 plus home field advantage while the Bearcats were coming in with a rating of 82.92 to arrive at the -6.5 number.
