TNF Betting Action: Panthers Moneyline Sees 85%

Suddenly, the 2-0 Carolina Panthers are a powerhouse in the National Football League.

Or maybe the Texans and a rookie quarterback making his first start have everything to do with Carolina being a sizable -7.5 road favorite on Thursday Night Football.

Here's tonight's action so far:

Panthers at Texans (+7.5, 43)

69.4% of $ on Panthers

86.4% of $ on Panthers ML

50.7% of $ on OVER

Books have not been trying to get any action on Carolina.  In fact, some of the recreational sites have moved the Panthers all the way to -8.5.

The line on this game opened at Panthers -3.5, which suggests Houston's Tyrod Taylor is worth as much as 5 points.  Carolina's performance over this past week has likely cut into this number by around a point.
