The Athletics Men's 400 Metres Hurdles odds to win had Karsten Warholm as a decent sized -250 favorite. He pays $100 on a $250 bet (the $250 bet is refunded provided he wins the gold, and you profit $100).
Warholm is the world record holder in the 400 m hurdles and represents Norway.
Warholm completely overhauled his diet and transformed his performance on the track ahead of the Tokyo Olympics.
"I'm feeling good," the sprinter and hurdler told Insider. "I've been looking forward to this since I attended my first Olympics, in Rio in 2016. I think it's going to be a special Olympics that we can all remember forever.
Warholm won the 400m hurdles at the world championships in London in 2017.
"I knew it was going to be tough and no one expected it from me, so to win the race was a huge moment," he said. "It's something I'll cherish forever."
Rai Benjamin pays just shy of $200 for every $100 bet.
Benjamin is an American professional hurdler and sprinter specializing in the 400 m and 400 m hurdles. He is the third fastest man in history in the 400 m hurdles with a personal best time of 46.83 s.
