What Are The Odds - Women’s 200m Freestyle Tokyo Olympics

The Women’s 200m Freestyle odds for the gold at the Tokyo Olympics appear below with Ariarne Titmus the pretty big -350 favorite.

Titmus represents the Cali Condors which is part of the International Swimming League.  Her achievements include gold at the 4 x 200 metre freestyle event in the Commonwealth Games.  She was also selected as one of the 27 swimmers to represent Australia at the 2019 World Aquatics Championships in Gwangju, South Korea where she finished second in her heat of the women's 400 metre freestyle and took home the gold medal Titmus broke the Oceania record in the final with a time of 3:58.76.

Federica Pellegrini pays out $275 for every $100 bet with a win.  Representing Italy, Pellegrini won gold at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. At the 2009 World Championships in Rome, Pellegrini became the first woman ever to break the 4-minute barrier in the 400 m freestyle with a time of 3:59.15.

Katie Ledecky, representing the USA, pays $350 for every $100 bet.  She should get a decent number of bets from the States in particular, having won five Olympic gold medals and 15 world championship gold medals, the most in history for a female swimmer.

Emma McKeon is the big longshot here.  She pays $800 on every $100 bet.  The Australian swimmer won four medals, including one gold, at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
