Dylan Cease allowed three runs over 5 2/3 innings with 10 strikeout in a loss to the White Sox on Friday.   This was not a bad game for Cease, but Lance McCullers just had a more remarkable game.

Cease has not had a win since June 30.

Pineda wasn't sharp in his first start back from the injured list, allowing five runs on 12 hits over 5 1/3 frames Wednesday in a loss to the White Sox.

Red hot Tim Anderson has three home runs facing Pineda along with 7 RBIs.  White Sox batters are .263 vs. Pineda.
