MLB made headlines last week, beyond the Easter weekend set of games.  On Monday morning, SportsBetting.ag created odds as to where the All-Star Game will relocate to after Major League Baseball took a rare political stance and decided to move the All-Star Game from Atlanta to a new location due to the proposed voting laws in Georgia.  By Tuesday morning all odds were off as it was revealed that Colorado had won out and pays some lucky gamblers $40 for every $10 bet or $400 for every $100 bet.

The league took a rare political stance and decided to move the All-Star Game from Atlanta to a new location due to the proposed voting laws in Georgia.

On Monday morning, SportsBetting.ag created odds as to where the All-Star Game will relocate to. American Family Field in Milwaukee was made the favorite, possibly due to the deep connection and recent passing of Hank Aaron.

Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas, was second on the list with +200 odds considering it is a new ballpark that hosted the NLCS and World Series last year.

However, those odds plummeted after it was announced that the Governor of Texas stated he would not throw out the first pitch Monday night because of MLB's stance on the Georgia voting situation.

Arlington moved to +1000 odds to host the All-Star Game as a result.

Baseball News

Chris Paddack Player Prop Bets

Paddack recorded 10 strikeouts over seven shutout innings on Monday in a win over the White Sox. Prior to that start, Paddack was obliterated by the Orioles, allowing nine runs on 12 hits in 5 1/3 innings.

Zach Eflin Player Prop Bets

Zach Eflin has great value in fantasy leagues for the April 26 game against the lowly Chicago White Sox.  Betting on Eflin and the Tampa Bay Rays might make sense if not for the -210 price tag.

Trevor Williams Player Prop Bets

The Nats Trevor Williams held the Astros to one run with four strikeouts across six innings in a no-decision on Saturday.  And the betting public was eating him up at a near 80% clip.
