The payout on the length of the National Anthem OVER 2 minutes would pay out $100 for both the OVER and UNDER but the risk on the OVER is higher at $13 to win $10.  The UNDER requires $11 to win $10.  That $13 or $11 bet would be refunded assuming it is the winner.
