Dave Mason of BetOnline confirmed Sunday that much of the money on the late Sunday game between Tampa Bay and New Orleans was on the Saints.

The Saints were seeing 62% of the spread action as a -2.5 favorite.

Oddly, despite backing the Saints in their divisional round game versus Tampa Bay, the biggest Super Bowl liability for the remaining teams is on the Buccaneers, according to Mason.

A good chunk of this money was presumably bet early in the season and during the summer after it was announced Tom Brady would be heading to Tampa Bay.  The Bucs were among the favorites to win the 2021 Super Bowl.  They are currently the biggest longshot of the four remaining teams (paying $400 for every $100 bet).
