Tulsa Golden Hurricanes vs. Wichita State Shockers Prop Bets - January 13
  • The Shockers were coming in as a -3 favorite after opening at -1.5 versus another red hot team, Tulsa

  • WSU has won eight-in-a-row at home versus Tulsa

  • Both teams enter the night tied in the loss column with Houston (5-1)

  • BetUS offers a generous welcome bonus (max bonus $3125)

The Tulsa Golden Hurricanes vs. Wichita State Shockers featured a line of Shockers -1.5 in what should be a great matchup.  The Shockers opened at -3.

Wichita State has won eight of the last ten versus Tulsa and the last five home games versus Tulsa.

Tulsa is seeking its first win at the Roundhouse since the building's 2003 renovation. The Hurricanes' last defeated the Shockers in Wichita on Dec. 8, 2001 (in the final year of Levitt Arena). WSU has won eight-in-a-row since (seven at CKA and one downtown).

Our thought process here is that the oddsmakers would have tacked on another point to the Shockers if they felt confident in Wichita State being victorious here.

Both teams enter the night tied in the loss column with Houston (5-1).

WSU (3-1 AAC) has won six of its last seven -- a stretch that began with a 67-63 victory at Tulsa on Dec. 15.

Tulsa (4-1) hasn't loss since, winning each of its last six games, including an upset of then-No. 5 Houston. The Hurricanes earned five votes in Monday's AP Poll.
