Cincinnati Bengals vs. Oakland Raiders odds opened at Bengals -10 and that line has only dropped a half point at most online sportsbooks. It should be noted that the home team has won 8 of the last 10 in this series dating back to 1989. Cincinnati won the last meeting in 2006.
