According to The New York Times, Las Vegas officials have sent in a formal offer to the NBA to have them finish the season there. Their offer included:

According to a proposal deck sent to the N.B.A. and the W.N.B.A., which The New York Times reviewed, MGM envisions a fully quarantined campus, essentially one full block of the Las Vegas Strip, where players would live and play out whatever schedule the leagues want. The athletes would be joined by their families, league and broadcast media employees, as well as the staff and vendors needed to serve them, with access to lounges, spas, restaurants and all the other perks the resorts offer (yes, even gambling).
The Disney World proposal sounds like the most legitimate option due to it essentially being a city within a city. There is plenty of hotel space for teams to bring their essential personnel and they won’t have to leave the park considering there are plenty of basketball courts and food options there. It is like a one-stop-shop.
The Las Vegas option should be considered as well, but the Disney World one seems much more realistic in order to execute.

LAS VEGAS (AP) — A Las Vegas casino says it will reopen some of its properties when allowed to do so, but that others will remain closed indefinitely as fallout from the coronavirus shutdown.
CEO Frank Fertitta of Stations Casino also said Friday in a letter to employees that it is laying off a significant but unspecified number of employees.
Stations Casino had about 14,000 employees in metro Las Vegas earlier this year.
Properties that won't reopen immediately when the shutdown ends are the Palms, Fiesta Henderson, Fiesta Rancho and Texas Station.
Fertita said in the letter that the company doesn't know what business will look like, only that business levels will be lower than before.
