The player is the Jazz's Rudy Gobert, sources told ESPN. That led the Jazz's game at Oklahoma City to be postponed just before tipoff.
The NBA said it "will use this hiatus to determine next steps for moving forward in regard to the coronavirus pandemic."
The NBA issued the following statement:
"The NBA is suspending game play following the conclusion of tonight's games until further notice. The NBA will use this hiatus to determine next steps moving forward in regard to the coronavirus pandemic".
