The Kentucky Supreme Court on Thursday, October 22nd,  will hear oral arguments on the Commonwealth's appeal as part of its ongoing effort to seize the domain names of 141 internet gaming sites, including several of the leading sites where enthusiasts test their poker skills.  The rights of Kentucky poker players were upheld earlier this year when the Kentucky Court of Appeals rejected the Commonwealth's arguments in favor of seizure.

The Commonwealth has pursued the case to the state's highest court.  On Thursday, lawyers for the Interactive Gaming Council (IGC) and iMEGA will present clear and convincing facts to the Supreme Court justices that they believe will put an end to this legal battle in favor of the rule of law and preserving poker players' rights.
