In his last four games, Cousins has gone OVER 260.5 passing yards against the likes of Washington and Denver but UNDER 221 in games against KC and Dallas.

While Seattle's defense has been mostly inconsistent, their Week 12 victory over Philadelphia had little help from the Seahawks offense.

Seattle held the Eagles to 106 yards on the ground (only 79 to RBs), and 256 yards in the air.

Russell has only gone OVER 265.5 in one of his last five starts and that was against Tampa.

seahawks.com notes:

The Vikings have surrendered 663 passing yards in their past two games, and over their last three they allowed 21 explosive passes (16 or more yards), tied for the second most in the NFL over that span. The Seahawks will try to run the ball and be balanced, as always, but against a Minnesota run defense that ranks sixth in the NFL (94.2 yards per game), this could be a week in which the Seahawks end up relying on Wilson, Lockett and company.

The UNDER might be a good bet for both quarterbacks.
