The line has dropped from Rockies -150 to -125 for Thursday afternoon's game. The total was set at 12.

PITCHING MATCHUP: Diamondbacks LH Robbie Ray (4-1, 3.26 ERA) vs. Rockies RH Jeff Hoffman (0-1, 8.10)

Ray is 4-0 over his last six starts and has allowed fewer than three earned runs in each of his last five. The 27-year-old was victorious at Coors Field on May 3, when he gave up five runs - one earned - and six hits over 5 2/3 innings. Ray is 4-4 with a 5.43 ERA in 13 career starts against Colorado and has struggled with Arenado (13-for-34, five doubles, three homers).

Hoffman is making his third start of the season and the 26th of his career. He served up two homers in a no-decision against Baltimore on Friday, when he allowed five runs and seven hits over five innings. Hoffman is 0-2 with a 10.38 ERA in four career appearances (two starts) against the Diamondbacks.

Only two of the last six games played in Colorado between these two teams have gone OVER the current total of 12, though it should be noted that Ray will likely not pitch as well in this game, so we could see a high scoring affair.
