Sports Betting in Arkansas Oaklawn Racing & Gaming is the other existing facility at which wagering could take place, in addition to gaming facilities that haven’t been built yet.
Mobile wagering could be coming to Arkansas, though no mention is made in the current measure. Arkansas rules require that gamblers show up in person to place bets on Arkansas Razorbacks games, an indication that mobile could be available in the future.
Oaklawn Racing & Gaming had intended to go with Miomni as their provider, however, parent company Delaware North is now suing Miomni. This could open the door for a company like FOX Bet/Stars Group. No word yet though.

About FOX Bet Similar to the Skybet deal in Europe, Fox Sports looks to use its powerful media presence gain an edge over the competition by offering real money sports betting in states that authorize the activity. Even some that do may prevent the FOX Bet brand from taking real money wagers due to licensing restrictions. Likewise, states offering sports betting will not all have mobile.
