Despite a lackluster performance Sunday resulting in a loss to the New York Jets, the New England Patriots remained a favorite to win the 2010 Super Bowl at Sportsbetting.com.  The good news for Patriots backers is that the payout odds have never been better ($500 for every $100 bet), so lock them in now as there's a chance they will be slashed after next week.  New England will host the red hot Atlanta Falcons in Week 3.

Other favored teams found their odds much longer heading into this week including Pittsburgh (now at 10/1 odds), San Diego (at 10/1 odds) and Philadelphia (which fell to 13/1 odds)

The only other team to have single digit odds was the New York Giants at 8/1.

New Orleans still had great value, looking like one of the best teams in the league after two weeks.  They would pay out $1100 on a $100 bet.

The Baltimore Ravens moved up to 10/1 odds.

The New York Jets were at 20/1 odds.

The Atlanta Falcons were at 20/1 odds.

The Chicago Bears were holding pat around 15/1 odds after their thrilling home victory against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The San Francisco 49ers had 35/1 odds.

A long shot but a team at 2-0, the Denver Broncos, were listed with 70/1 odds of winning the 2010 Super Bowl.  Both their offense and defense were looking quite good in Week 2 so anything is possible.
